Supporting Northumberland Tourism Businesses

With a range of strategic, operational and practical benefits, Visit Northumberland supports our partners in all aspects of their business. We work with a number of supplier partners who offer services which can support the development and growth of visitor economy businesses.

The Visit Northumberland supplier partnership was launched in 2023. The scheme provides an opportunity for suppliers to network and develop partnerships with other Northumberland tourism businesses and a series of other benefits including representation at local, regional and national level, B2B web listing and training.

Charlton Hall Estate

Charlton Hall sitting on Charlton Hall Estate, a 150 acre privately owned estate is pleased to invite businesses, teams, charities and corporations to experience away days, meetings and events with a difference! “The hall with it all” really does it all, and can offer team building activities, meeting rooms and conference suites for up to 140 guests, as well as stunning meals and overnight stays in our sister venue The Tempus listed in The Times Top 100 Places to Stay. Across the estate we can sleep up to 80 guests and full estate take over is available. Located only 40 miles north of Newcastle and 15 minutes away from Alnmouth station, we are rurally set, but with clear accessible links.

Specialising in welcome hampers to holiday homes across Northumberland, our hampers are full of Northumbrian products and our aim to encourage all holiday home owners and management companies to choose local products over mass produced often imported ones.
