The results of our annual research into our Spring/Summer campaign "Northumberland Officially the Best Place to Visit" are now available.
The visitors we surveyed told us that their average spend when they were here was £815.49, giving a possible total spend of over £1 million for all visitors seeing the campaign.
The campaign gave partners the platform to speak to visitors on a national level through advertising with The Guardian, Mail on Sunday, Sunday Post and Country Walking.
