Visit to the North East, June 23

 

The Tourism Minister visited Northumberland and NewcastleGateshead on June 23rd, meeting businesses from across the North East. Overall it was a positive meeting where businesses were able to impress on the Minister the critical importance of tourism for our economy, the leading approach taken by many innovative businesses and organisations, and the strong partnerships in existence.
