Tall Ships VIP Club

Thousands of members have signed-up to the Tall Ships Regatta VIP Club and there are excellent opportunities for businesses.

The first VIP competition had hundreds of entries and you could grow your customer base by offering discounts and prizes to subscribers.

Cycle Friendly Event

The Inn Collection Group is inviting tourism businesses in Northumberland to a cycle tourism event to help them gear up their facilities for cyclists.

The group's cyclist friendly Lindisfarne Inn is hosting its free ‘Welcoming Inn Cyclists’ event on Thursday May 12 to mark the completion of their cyclist-friendly project - and share best practice with other businesses to help put Northumberland on the UK cycle tourism map.

Hadrian's Cavalry

Roman cavalry will return to Hadrian’s Wall in 2017 in the form of a spectacular Wall-wide exhibition and events at attractions across the World Heritage Site.

Coastal Fish Restaurant of the Year


Coast magazine have teamed up with the 2016 Fishing News Awards to sponsor a complete new category: the Coastal Fish Restaurant of the Year. You can nominate now. Don't miss the deadline of 25th March 2016.

The Award Ceremony will be hosted by celebrity chef and TV presenter Simon Rimmer and will take place at the Hilton Aberdeen Treetops Hotel on 26 May 2016.

The AD122 Hadrian's Wall Bus Returns!


The AD122 Hadrian’s Wall bus service returns on Friday 25th March with a daily service running between Hexham and Haltwhistle until Sunday 25th September.  Buses will run roughly hourly and serve Chesters, Housesteads, Once Brewed (for Steel Rigg), Vindolanda, Roman Army Museum, Walltown and Greenhead.
