West Northumberland Tourism Fair 2012

Northumberland County Council and Hadrian’s Wall Heritage Limited are once again joining forces to provide a Tourism Fair in West Northumberland. Building on the success of previous years, the event will allow you to showcase your business to accommodation providers, attractions, tourism businesses, suppliers and the public

To ensure the future sustainability of the event and to enable wider promotion we are introducing a flat charge of £20 per table for all attendees. To book a table please fill in the attached form and e-mail it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Please mark the subject field of your e-mail Tourism Fair 2012. The final deadline for bookings is Tuesday 6th March 2012.

Access for loading and unloading brochures is available at the rear of the building. A road leads round to the back of the Waitrose store from the car park entrance. After unloading please park in the Wentworth car park (pay and display) to enable others to unload. Your table will be indicated to you on arrival.

To ensure the smooth running of the event, the hall will be available from 9.30am for your convenience and we would ask that all stands be in position by 10.30am. Please make every effort to ensure a representative is available for the duration of the event.

If you would prefer not to take a stand we would be happy to display a small number of leaflets on your behalf. Please arrange for your leaflets to be at Hexham TIC – marked clearly for West Toursim Fair (James Fell) – by Friday 16th March. We look forward to seeing you on 20th March 2012.
